Andrew Bigler joined Lumina Vision Partners in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Lumina, Andrew was Vice President of Finance with Priority OnDemand, a private equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the medical transportation and healthcare technology sectors.  In Andrew’s 9 years with Priority OnDemand, he was involved in 15 M&A transactions as Priority grew from $10 million to over $300 million in revenue.  At Priority, Andrew’s responsibilities included FP&A, M&A, Treasury, Risk Management, Systems Implementation, and Procurement.  Prior to that, he supported managed care, sales, R&D, and manufacturing operations at Allergan in Irvine, CA and Intel in Chandler, AZ.

Andrew is an active CPA having held his license for 16 years, and he has a BS in Accounting and MBA in Financial Management and Markets from the Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
