As Regional Director of Operations in Texas, Dennis is the first resource for all partner locations in the Texas Market. His passion is people development; he has seen how people in the “right seats” can produce an exceptional customer experience which in turn drives the bottom line.

Dennis has over 28 years of experience in the optical field. He has worked for some of the biggest players optical retail as well as independent providers, including time with Luxottica Retail (LensCrafters and Pearl Vision brands), Texas State Optical, and VSP Ventures. In that time, he has been Practice Manager of more than 10 locations (including multi-unit experience), created and led training initiatives, and achieved his ABO and NCLE certifications. Outside of work, Dennis loves staying fit and spending time and laughing with his daughter.
