Nna has spent the majority of his career at the intersection of healthcare and business operations, with a background that bridges optometry and high-growth startups. Before stepping into his current role as COO of Lumina Vision Partners, Nna served as the Sr. Director of Operations for Honor Technology, a $2 billion venture-backed healthcare company based in San Francisco.

At Honor, Nna played a critical role in the company's transformation from a local homecare platform to a national brand. He managed a team of over 80 employees responsible for supporting caregivers, seniors, and their families. Nna's leadership was instrumental in evolving and scaling the company's service approach through early-stage and high-growth phases, establishing Honor as a premier homecare provider and helping it achieve “unicorn” startup status.

Prior to Honor, Nna worked for five years as an optometrist at a thriving private practice in Manhattan, NY, where he refined his skills in patient care and practice management. Earlier in his career, Nna worked as an analyst in the Asset Management group at Deutsche Bank, where he developed a solid foundation in financial analysis and investment strategy.

Originally from San Francisco, CA, Nna currently resides in Austin, TX. He enjoys traveling, playing competitive flag football, and challenging himself with NY Times crossword puzzles in his spare time. Nna holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY Optometry.
