Sierra leads our Human Resources team, partnering with our practices to recruit, retain, train, and grow top talent. She’s passionate about building systems and processes to support team members to achieve their goals and fostering a positive work environment for all.

Before joining Lumina, Sierra was the first employee at Gen4 Dental Partners, a private equity-backed dental acquisition platform. Over the course of 2 years, she helped integrate 34 practices, 80+ locations and 1,200 employees.

A native of Arizona, Sierra and her family currently reside in Mesa, AZ. In their spare time they can be found skiing, wakeboarding, or playing board games. Sierra is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds bachelor’s degrees in management and human resource management from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
